Why use a Product Management Coach?
Product Management is hard! Not our words, but Marty Cagan’s, author and co-author of books like INSPIRED and EMPOWERED, that count among some of the most important books on modern product management. Success requires the mastery of 3 very different areas:
- Expertise in their industry and have a deep understanding of their product.
- Strong leadership skills to defend the product strategy and convince senior stakeholders to support it.
- Techniques to understand customers, create innovative concepts, and translate them into requirements that are usable to the technical team.
Mastering all three areas of product management doesn’t happen by chance. It requires a relentless pursuit of excellence and ongoing investment in self-development. Regular sessions with your product coach will give you strategies and insights to tackle the most challenging situations.
The guidance I got from [Cyril] allowed me to establish critical relationships with C-Suite and broader Leadership members, creating trust and radical honesty. Secondly, he helped me build a true cross-functional team where stakeholders finally felt heard, involved, informed, and, most importantly, focused.

What they have to say about it
Cyril's exceptional product management knowledge and focus on my PM skills development helped me to build strong background for the career. Stakeholders management, focus on outcomes over outputs and make sure that I make my work progress and results visible - these are only few areas of them all that Cyril helped me to develop and improve.

No, you can stop at anytime.
Unlike other types of relationships, a successful coach will make you no longer need them (as a coach, we still be friends!) as quickly as possible. It could run over the course of 6 to 12 months, or even longer if your career is moving quickly and you keep facing completely new challenges regularly.
We can provide face-to-face sessions on your company’s premises in London for corporate groups of 3 individuals or more. However, our default method of delivery is via video conference software.
You start by explaining the situation that you want us to explore together. Your coach will then ask some clarifying questions and then move to more thought-provoking ones.
