2. What Data We Collect

Lead Capture Forms

When you download a lead magnet, we collect:

  • First name
  • Email address
  • Which download you asked for, the page the form was on, and when you submitted it

The form saves these details to a Google Sheet we keep, through Google Apps Script. Your data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent when submitting the form.

Analytics Cookies

To understand how this website is used, we useGoogle Analytics 4(tag: GT-NC68ZX5) which sets the following cookies:

  • _ga— Distinguishes unique users. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_*— Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.

Google Analytics runs, and these cookies are set, from your first visit unless you reject analytics cookies. You can do that with Reject on our cookie banner, or by turning Analytics off under Manage. When you reject them, Google Analytics stops loading and we delete these cookies.

If you accept analytics cookies and then join the Scaffold waitlist or create a Scaffold account at scaffold.produxity.com, Scaffold tells Google Analytics that this happened (a waitlist join or a sign-up), using the Google Analytics identifiers in these cookies, so we can see whether visits to this website lead to sign-ups. It sends no name, email address or other account details. If you rejected analytics cookies, or never chose, Scaffold sends nothing. The Scaffold Privacy Notice describes this in full.

Cookie Consent Preferences

We store your cookie consent preference in your browser's localStorage (key: produxity_consent) and in a cookie of the same name that records only "granted" or "denied". The cookie is set on produxity.com so that our Scaffold app at scaffold.produxity.com can honour the same choice. It is strictly necessary to remember your choice, holds no personal data, is sent with requests to produxity.com and scaffold.produxity.com, and expires after 12 months unless renewed when you visit.

Booking Data

When you book a call via our Calendly integration, your data is processed byCalendlyin accordance with theirprivacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Lead capture data:To give you the content you asked for, and to follow up by email about related content. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • Analytics data:To understand how visitors use our website and improve our content and user experience.
  • Booking data:To schedule and conduct introductory calls.

4. Third-Party Processors

  • Google Analytics(Google LLC) — Analytics. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Google Workspace(Google Sheets and Apps Script) — Stores lead-form submissions.
  • Calendly— Appointment scheduling.

5. Data Retention

  • Lead capture data:Kept in our leads sheet until you ask us to delete it or to stop emailing you.
  • Analytics data:Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
  • Cookie consent preferences:Stored in your browser until you clear localStorage or change your preferences. The produxity_consent cookie expires after 12 months unless renewed when you visit.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Accessthe personal data we hold about you
  • Rectifyinaccurate data
  • Eraseyour data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrictprocessing of your data
  • Objectto processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consentat any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing)

7. Changing Your Cookie Preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site, which will cause the cookie consent banner to reappear on your next visit.

You have the right to complain to us about how we handle your personal data. Emailprivacy@produxity.com, or tell us if you need another way to reach us. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay, keep you informed, and tell you the outcome.
