Lead Capture Forms

When you download a lead magnet or sign up for our waitlist, we collect:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number (optional)

This data is submitted to Instantly.ai, our email marketing platform, to add you to a relevant email sequence. Your data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent when submitting the form.

Analytics Cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (tag: GT-NC68ZX5) which sets the following cookies:

  • _ga — Distinguishes unique users. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_* — Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.

These cookies are only set after you accept analytics cookies via our cookie consent banner. If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not load and no tracking cookies are set.

4. Third-Party Processors

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — Analytics. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Instantly.ai — Email marketing and lead management.
  • Calendly — Appointment scheduling.

5. Data Retention

  • Lead capture data: Retained in Instantly.ai until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
  • Cookie consent preferences: Stored in your browser until you clear localStorage or change your preferences.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing of your data
